This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms with 2 single beds are comfortable and in good condition. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view from my room and the effective air conditioning that kept me cool during my stay. The breakfast offered at this hotel is delicious and varied, with local fruits and tasty egghoppers.
All was well during my stay.

The guestrooms at Serene Park Hotel are absolutely perfect for a solo traveler like me. They are spacious with separate sitting areas, and the air conditioning keeps me cool in the tropical weather. I loved waking up to stunning views of the lake and mountains from my room. The private bathroom was clean and equipped with a hairdryer. It's truly a cozy and comfortable space!
Although I loved everything about my stay at Serene Park Hotel, I personally found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

The Serene Park Hotel provided a delightful experience for senior visitors like myself. The hotel's decor exuded a warm and inviting ambiance, with cozy seating areas and beautiful artwork that added a touch of elegance. The general areas were spacious and easily accessible, making it convenient for seniors to move around without any difficulty.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is the need for more attentive staff. The children working at the hotel were friendly, but sometimes it took a bit of effort to locate them during the day.

We had a phenomenal stay at this peaceful accommodation surrounded by lush nature and stunning rice fields. the bikes that were provided gave us the chance to explore surrounding areas with ease, and we loved the delicious and fresh Sri Lankan breakfast each morning. the rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed including modern bathrooms and comfortable beds.
The only down point was a bit of a distance from the town center, and we didn't feel comfortable walking back alone late at night.

Great views of the countryside and peaceful atmosphere. Pleasant room and friendly staff.
The food was of low quality for the price they offered, bland and cold. They charged for most facilities, including a high price for laundry.

The place was mind-blowingly clean and comfortable for our Yala safari stay. The staff helped us arrange an amazing safari at a better price than other companies, and the food was absolutely jaw-dropping. From the delicious breakfast to the packed lunch for the safari, everything was super. They even provided free wi-fi, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. Highly recommend!

The hotel's decor was charming and had a cozy atmosphere that reminded me of a traditional Sri Lankan home. The common areas were tastefully decorated with beautiful local artwork and comfortable seating, making it a pleasant place to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's layout was very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and ramps that made it easy to navigate around the property.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and caring. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit aloof and not as helpful as I would have liked.
